Republic of Kazakhstan was held 

On October 25, 2022, a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held under the chairmanship of Nurlan Abdirov, at which a resolution “On the occurrence of a ground entailing the termination of powers of deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aibek Payayev” was adopted. 

In accordance with Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraphs 3 and 8 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 1995 “On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan resolved to:  

1) Establish that in connection with the filing of the application, a ground has arisen that entails early termination of the powers of deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aibek Payayev. 

2) Submit a proposal on the early termination of powers of deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Payaev to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
