Payayev, deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of 

Kazakhstan 

In accordance with Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraphs 3 and 8 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 1995 “On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies,” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO: 

1. Establish that in connection with the filing of the application, a ground has arisen that entails early termination of the powers of deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aibek Payayev. 

2. Submit a proposal on the early termination of the powers of deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Payayev to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
