Central Election Commission registered deputy of the Senate of the 

Parliament of the RK D. Kydyrali

On September 26, 2023, a meeting of the Central Election Commission under the chairmanship of Nurlan Abdirov was held, at which a resolution “On registration of deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan D. Kydyrali appointed by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 26, 2023 No. 360” was adopted.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 24 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 1995 “On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies” and based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 26, 2023 No. 360 “On the appointment of D. Kydyrali”, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan resolved to:

1. Register Darkhan Kydyrali as a deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Present to the registered deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan an appropriate certificate and badge.

On September, 27, Chairman Nurlan Abdirov, presenting the certificate and the badge of the established sample to Darkhan Kydyrali, highlighted that the mandate of a deputy takes effect from the moment of his registration by the Central Election Commission and wished him further success in his work as a deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the RK.
