As of 19:00, more than 5,000 citizens of Kazakhstan
have voted abroad.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Roman Vassilenko at a CEC briefing said that in order to ensure the exercise of the constitutional rights of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are abroad, 77 precinct election commissions with a total number of voters of 12,016 people have been formed at foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 62 foreign states.
As of 19:00 today (March 19 this year), 11 precinct election commissions (Seoul, Tokyo, Beijing, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Ulaanbaatar, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bangkok, Jakarta and Hanoi) completed their work abroad, and in general about 5071 citizens of Kazakhstan voted, which is 41.8 percent.
66 election commissions continue to work.
