Your inclusion in the voter list is the guarantee of implementation of the constitutional right to participate in elections.

The lists are compiled by local executive bodies (akimats) based on permanent registration at the place of residence on the territory of a particular polling station. Citizens who do not have permanent registration are included in the lists based on an application submitted to the akimats at their location.

Every citizen who will not be able to arrive on voting day at the polling station at the place of his/her registration, no later than thirty days before the voting day or on February 17, 2023, has the right to submit an application to the relevant akimat and register at the polling station at the place of actual location.

Upon receipt of an application, the akimat will exclude a citizen from the voter list at the place of registration and include him/her in the list of the polling station where he/she will vote.

This right can be exercised by:

- citizens who know that on the voting day they will not be at the place of registration;

- non-resident students studying in higher and secondary specialized educational institutions, living outside the dormitories;

- citizens working on a rotational basis.

A citizen can only be included in one voter list, taking into account a single nationwide electoral constituency, as well as single-seat territorial electoral constituencies.

You can check the inclusion in the voter list at the place of registration through the website or the Call Center of the relevant akimat.

From March 4, 2023, you will have an opportunity to check your data in the voter list at your polling station.
