Meeting of Chairman of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan  

Abdirov with representatives of the central electoral bodies of foreign states

On the threshold of the election of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on November 19, 2022, a meeting of the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan with representatives of the central electoral bodies of foreign states was held.

The Chairpersons of the Central Election Commissions of Uzbekistan – Zainiddin Nizamxodjayev, Azerbaijan – Mazahir Panahov, Kyrgyzstan – Nurzhan Shaildabekova, Armenia – Vahagn Hovakimyan, Tajikistan – Bakhtiyor Khudoyorzoda, Turkmenistan – Gulmurad Muradov came to observe the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In his welcoming speech, Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Abdirov thanked all the participants of the meeting for accepting the invitation to take part in the observation of the elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the meeting, he informed them on the number of polling stations, as well as their readiness for voting day, the total number of voters and the number of produced ballots, as well as international observers accredited for early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Konstantin Petrov also spoke, he informed international observers about the peculiarities of voting in the elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the end of the meeting, the Chairpersons of the Central Election Commissions of foreign states noted the high level of organisation of the elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also wished the members of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan success in the election campaign.
