Central Election Commission registered deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan F. Satybayev 

On November 8, 2022, a meeting of the Central Election Commission was held, at which a resolution “On registration of deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan F.Satybayev” was adopted. 

In accordance with articles 12, 45, 46, paragraph 6 of article 97-1, article 98 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the resolution of the National Council of the “Democratic Party of Kazakhstan “Ak Zhol” Public Association No. 1 dated November 5, 2022, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan resolved to: 

1) Transfer the vacant mandate of a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan to member of the “DPK “Ak “Zhol” Public Association Fuat Satybayev. 

2) Register F. Satybayev as a Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

3) Present to F. Satybayev an appropriate certificate and a badge of the established sample. 

During the presentation, Chairman of the Central Election Commission Nurlan Abdirov noted that F. Satybayev is known in the Pavlodar region as a surgeon, an honorary health worker. On January 10, 2021, he was elected a deputy of the Pavlodar regional maslikhat of the VII convocation from the Akzhol Party, was a member of the permanent commission on economics and budget of the regional maslikhat of the VII convocation.
