ANNOUNCEMENT

From October 8 to October 13, 2022, 9 meetings of the Linguistic Commission were held at the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1 of them on organisational aspects, 8 on taking exams from candidates. 

The composition of the Linguistic Commission for the establishment of free proficiency of candidates for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the state language included the following prominent linguists, doctors and candidates of philological sciences, professors, academicians A. Akhmetov, G.Yesim, Z. Dadebayev, D.Kamzabekuly , G. Kurmanbai, A. Fazylzhanova. 

Decisions were made by members of the commission collectively. The procedure for establishing free proficiency in the state language by candidates was carried out on the basis of equality, with observance of objectivity and impartiality. All the necessary conditions were also created for the candidates to prepare for the exam and speaking in front of the commission.
