On October 10, 2022, a meeting of the Linguistic Commission on establishing fluency in the state language of Karakat Abden was held at the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Linguistic Commission determined the fact of fluency in the state language in three areas: writing an essay, reading an excerpt from a work of classical Kazakh literature, and public speaking of a candidate on a chosen topic.

After passing the exam, the commission held a collegiate discussion and summed up the results.

The results of the meeting were announced by Chairman of the Linguistic Commission, Doctor of Philology, Professor Adil Akhmetov.

The theme of the candidate’s essay was “Language is the golden pillar of the people.” The work was judged on content, style, spelling and punctuation. In the second task, she read an excerpt from Ilyas Yessenberlin’s novel “The Nomads.” The third task was a presentation on the topic “Azat Yeldin Yensesi Biik.”

According to the results of the examination, the Linguistic Commission decided that candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Karakat Abden is fluent in the state language.
