establish fluency in the state language of Nurlan Auesbayev

On October 10, 2022, a meeting of the Linguistic Commission was held at the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to establish fluency in the state language of Nurlan Auesbayev.

The Linguistic Commission determined fluency in the state language in three areas: writing an essay, reading an excerpt from a work of classical Kazakh literature, and public speaking of a candidate on a chosen topic.

After passing the exam, the commission held a collegiate discussion and summed up the results.

The results of the meeting were announced by Chairman of the Linguistic Commission, Doctor of Philology, Professor Adil Akhmetov.

The theme of the candidate’s essay was “Turkistan – the cradle of Turks.” The work was judged on content, style, spelling and punctuation. The second task was to read an excerpt from the “Aqbilek” novel by Zh. Aimauytuly. The third task was a performance on the topic “My mother tongue is my true treasure.”

Based on the results of the exam, the Linguistic Commission unanimously decided that candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Auesbayev is fluent in the state language.
