ANNOUNCEMENT  

On September 29, 2022, citizen I. Imanbayeva applied to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issue of nominating her as a candidate in the upcoming elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022. 

However, the necessary documents stipulated by the Constitutional Act “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” for nominating candidates for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan were not submitted. 

The Central Election Commission informs that the nomination of candidates for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 54 and 55 of the Constitutional Act “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
