A group of international observers of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the observation of the referendum in the Republic of Belarus

From February 25 to February 28, 2022, a group of international observers of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in monitoring republican referendum on amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus on February 27, 2022.

During the visit representatives of Kazakh delegation took part in meetings with the leadership of Central Commission of the Republic of Belarus for elections and holding republican referendums, the Minsk City Commission for a referendum, a number of regional commissions for a referendum as well as in press conferences following the results of the work of the Observer Missions from the CIS, SCO.

International observers of Kazakhstan observed the early voting, got acquainted with the work of precinct commissions on the referendum, and also on the main voting day at the referendum observed the opening of polling stations, the voting process, the counting of votes in the city of Minsk and Minsk, Brest, Mogilev regions.

It should be reminded that representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the observation of the referendum in the Republic of Belarus as part of observer missions from the CIS, SCO as well as at the invitation of the Central Commission of the Republic of Belarus for elections and holding republican referendums.
