On February 25, 2022, a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held

On February 25, 2022, under the chairmanship of Nurlan Abdirov, a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held. During the meeting the resolution: “On the occurrence of a ground leading to the termination of powers of a deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dariga Nazarbayeva '' was adopted.

In accordance with Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraphs 3 and 8 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 1995 "On Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies", the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan decided:

1) To establish that in connection with filing of application, a ground that entails early termination of the powers of the deputy of Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan D. Nazarbayeva has arisen.

2) To submit a proposal on early termination of powers of the deputy of Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan D. Nazarbayeva to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
