On February 1, 2022, a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held

On February 1, 2022, a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held during which the following resolutions were adopted:

1. On registration Y.Koshanova deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In accordance with articles 12, 45, 46, paragraphs 5, 6 of article 97-1, article 98 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and an extract from resolution of the Bureau of the Political Council of "Nur Otan Party” public association dated January 31, 2022 No. 002PQ The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan decided:

1) To transfer the vacant mandate of a deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan to a member of the “Nur Otan Party '' public association Yerlan Koshanov.

2) To register Yerlan Koshanov as a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3) To hand Yerlan Koshanov an appropriate certificate and a badge in an established form.

2. On occurrence of a ground that entails termination of powers of a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, N.Nigmatulin.

In accordance with Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraphs 3 and 8 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 1995 "On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies", the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan decided:

1) To establish that in connection with filing of application a ground that entails early termination of powers of the deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Nigmatulin has arisen.

2) To submit a proposal on early termination of powers of the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nigmatulin to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
