The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan congratulates Emin Nadirov and Kamila Zinelgapparova on the victory!

December 2 this year In St. Petersburg, Kazakhstani students Emin Nadirov (Caspian University) and Zinelgapparova Kamilya (Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov) acting as a member of the CIS National Team became winners of International Scientific Debates.

Scientific debates took place within the framework of Youth Parliamentary School “Youth Parliamentarism as the Basis for Sustainable Political Development and Partnership of the CIS Countries” organized by the IIMDD IPA CIS.

In September this year. E. Nadirov and K. Zinelgapparova became prize-winners of National stage of the Internet Olympiad among students of universities of the IPA CIS member states "Election systems of the countries of the world", held by the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan in cooperation with the IIMDD IPA CIS and the Association of Kazakhstan Universities.

Deputy Head of Department for Organization of Electoral Education of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan T.Ryspekov worked as part of the International Jury of Scientific Debates.
