CEC Secretary S.S. Mustafina and a member of the CEC Y.S. Dauylbaev took part in observing elections in the Russian Federation as part of the CIS Observer Mission

Secretary of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sabila Mustafina and member of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Dauylbaev took part in observing elections of deputies to the State Duma of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the CIS Observer Mission.

During the visit, a number of their meetings took place with Deputy Chairman of

State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the CEC of the Republic of Tatarstan, Public Observation Center of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan as well as participation in online voter forum "My Voice".

Thus, international observers were familiarized with the work of State Council, parliamentary committees and commissions, factions and deputy groups at a meeting with Deputy Chairman of State Council Yuri Zimelevich Kamaltynov.

On September 18, 2021 S. Mustafina and Y. Dauylbaev met with the Chairman of the CEC of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Kondratyev. During the meeting, issues of organizing electoral procedures in the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed.

Also they were introduced to the work of the Public Observation Center of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan during the visit to the IT-park of Kazan in which round-the-clock video surveillance of the elections was conducted. CEC Secretary Sabila Mustafina took part in an online forum of voters "My Voice" which was dedicated to the course of voting in elections of deputies of the State Duma of the eighth convocation in Tatarstan.

From 17 to 19 September 2021, a number of polling stations in Kazan, Vysokogorsky, Spassky, Alekseevsky districts of the republic were visited for observation of the polling stations opening, the course of voting, counting of votes and summing up election results.

It should be noted that observers of the Republic of Kazkhstan carried out observation as part of CIS Observer Mission in Moscow, Kazan as well as in a number of regions of the Republic of Tatarstan, Astrakhan and Omsk regions.
