Deputy Chairman of the CEC K.V.Petrov and CEC member A.G. Schegortsova took part in observing elections of deputies of the State Duma of Russia at the invitation of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation

Deputy Chairman of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Konstantin Petrov and member of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Anastassiya Schegortsova took part in observing elections of deputies to State Duma of the Russian Federation at the invitation of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.

During the elections observation representatives of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in a briefing by the CEC of the Russian Federation on preparation and conduct of elections of deputies to the State Duma, Single voting day - 2021. Representatives have also visited and got acquainted with the work of the Information Center of the CEC of Russia, Public Headquarters for elections observation of Moscow, Election Observation Center of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.

From 17 to 19 September 2021, Deputy Chairman of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Konstantin Petrov and a member of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Anastassyia Schegortsova monitored opening of polling stations in Moscow, the course of voting, counting of votes and summing up the election results.

In addition, the Deputy Chairman of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Konstantin Petrov took part in a meeting of the Coordinators Council of the CIS Observer Mission on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During this meeting the Mission's Statement on results of observing the preparation and holding of elections of State Duma deputies was adopted. Deputy Chairman of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan also took part in a press conference on the results of the CIS Mission's observers work.

It should be reminded that representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the observation of the above mentioned elections at the invitation of the Central Election Commission of Russia, as part of the Observer Missions from the CIS and SCO, as well as through delegations of the IPA CIS, PA CSTO.
