Election commissions of Kazakhstan took part in the second stage of the A-WEB training program

From 18 to 27 August 2021, representatives of the Republic's electoral sphere continued their training on Election Management Capacity Building Program: Strengthening Voter Education organized by the World Association of Electoral Bodies (A-WEB) under the auspices of the Government of the Republic of Korea which took place online.

The program aims to prepare planning and implementation of voter education programs, review of the best examples of educational activities, program construction with effective voter outreach, taking into account the country context.

Online course was attended by 25 representatives of the electoral bodies of a number of foreign countries. Kazakhstan's team was represented by an employee of the department of organization of electoral training and analytics of the Office of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, secretaries of territorial election commissions of Atyrau, Pavlodar regions and Nur-Sultan.

Based on the results of two stages of the training program 3 best participants including a representative of the team of the Republic of Kazakhstan an employee of the Office of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Zuleikha Mardanova were invited to participate in the upcoming expanded training program which will be held in South Korea.
