Seminar-meeting in Kyzylorda "On organization and conduct of direct elections of akims of cities of regional significance, villages, townships, rural districts"

June 15 this year a seminar-meeting "On organization and conduct of direct elections of akims of cities of regional significance, villages, townships, rural districts" was held in Kyzylorda.

A member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan Y.Dauylbayev and representatives of territorial election commissions and local executive bodies took part in the work of seminar-meeting.

During the seminar, participants considered legal and organizational aspects of organizing and holding elections of akims, information support for activities of election commissions during the election campaign, ensuring electoral rights of persons with disabilities as well as the issue of holding elections of akims in a pandemic.

As a result of the seminar, an exchange of views took place.
