On the opening of polling stations at 7.00

According to data provided by election commissions in the regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, as of seven o'clock Nur-Sultan time on January 10, 2021, 8,141 polling stations began voting in 12 regions.

Also, 12 polling stations started voting at the representative offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 12 foreign countries.

There are only 10,060 polling stations in the Republic, including 66 polling stations in 53 countries at representative offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign countries.

At 47 polling stations, in accordance with the decisions of the territorial election commissions within the framework of the Constitutional Act "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", voting began at 6.00.

In accordance with the boundaries of time zones on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, polling stations in 5 regions: Aktobe, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda and Mangistau regions began to open at 8.00 Nur-Sultan time.
