Meeting with OSCE/ODIHR Limited Election Observation Mission was held at the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On December 8, 2020, a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the OSCE/ODIHR Limited Election Observation Mission took place.

Berik Imashev, Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan welcomed the members of the OSCE/ODIHR Limited Election Observation Mission, who recently arrived in Nur-Sultan.

The CEC Chairman briefed the Mission members on the main stages of the campaign, from the announcement of the elections to the voting day.

The Head of Mission, Ambassador Jarosław Marcin Domański, thanked the Kazakh side for reception and introduced the Team.

The parties agreed on active interaction during the entire electoral period.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed confidence that the traditionally established relations of cooperation and goodwill will find their development during the election of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2021.
