Members of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan conduct online lectures on electoral legislation for judges

On November 11, 2020, members of the Central Election Commission S.Sydykov and Y.Dauylbayev delivered online lectures at advanced training courses for judges of all levels, organized by the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the training events, the legal foundations of the organization and conduct of elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of Parliament and Maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan, types of legal responsibility of the subjects of the electoral process in the context of the role and importance of judicial protection of the rights of election participants were considered.

The interactive format on the Microsoft Teams training platform allowed participation of over 190 judges from all regions of the country in the discussion of electoral issues.
