Powers of Dariga Nazarbayeva as the deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been terminated in accordance with clause 5 of Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, clauses 5 and 9 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Act "On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of deputies thereof" on the basis of Decree No. 315 of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 2, 2020 «On D. Nazarbayeva».
