In accordance with clause 3 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and clause 7 of the Calendar Plan of the main activities for the preparation and conduct of the early election of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for June 9, 2019, approved by the resolution No. 10/232 of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 10, 2019, information on the amount of payment, the terms and procedure for the provision of air and print space should be announced and published no later than five days before the beginning of the election campaign – on May 5, 2019, and this information should also be submitted to the Central Election Commission for posting on its Internet resource.

In addition, we inform that, according to part 5 of Article 112 of the Administrative Offenses Code, the publication or broadcast of campaign materials of presidential candidates by a media that, no later than five days before the start of the election campaign, did not announce or publish these materials and did not submit to the Central Election Commission the information about the amount of payment, the terms and procedure for the provision of air and print space, incurs a fine in the amount of thirty monthly calculated indices imposed on officials of this media, and in the amount of fifty monthly calculated indices imposed on legal entities.
