On 18 January 2017 there was a session of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the facts of the article “Successful” deputy Zhamalov may leave the Parliament of Kazakhstan”, which was published on 17 January 2017 on Internet-portal 365info.kz.
The report of the CEC RK member M.A. Sarsembayev and explanation of deputy of the Mazhilis of Parliament of RK A.M. Zhamalov have been listened.
According to clause 6 of Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan the CEC RK members M.A. Sarsembayev and L.Z. Suleimen were authorized to verify the facts and to report on the results by 24 January 2017.
The corresponding resolution of the CEC of RK on this matter has been adopted.
