Currently the divisional election commissions in North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Akmola and Kostanai Regions continue activities on formation of the electronic lists and registration of the voters.
     Regional election commissions in North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Akmola and Kostanai Regions have organized clarification meetings for representatives of the public headquarters of the presidential candidates on election campaign as per the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Constitutional Law “On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”. The venues for meetings of the candidates with the electorate and places for election printed media were finalized.
    Election Commission of the Northern Kazakhstan region started trainings for staff of the divisional election commissions on organization and conducting Presidential Elections and invited the representatives of the political parties, NGO and mass media
     In Kostanai Region the pooling stations were opened to make voters familiar with the electronic voting system.
     In Pavlodar, Northern Kazakhstan, Akmola and Kostanai regions the centres for collaboration with international observers and international media were opened. In Petropavlovsk the representatives of the regional election commission met with the ODIHR/OSCE observers George William Russel and Wolfgang von Schmettau. The representatives of this international organization were informed about the main provisions of the electoral legislation in Kazakhstan and developments in Presidential election campaign.
