On 25 January 2007 the meeting with representatives of governmental bodies, political parties and public associations, included into the List of persons to be sent as international observers to elections to be held abroad within the missions of ODIHR/OSCE and other international organizations, was conducted in the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Members of Central Election Commission, representatives of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UNDP Office in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Social Committee for Election Control made reports at the meeting.
"Republic of Kazakhstan always demonstrated to the world community its openness in the time of elections, its adherence to the principles and obligations, adopted within the framework of OSCE" - noticed in her address a member of Central Election Commission, Ms. Tatyana Okhlopkova.
In the course of meeting exchange of opinions on issues of organization of efficient participation of Kazakhstani representatives in observation of elections in foreign countries took place.
