On July 7, the party list of National Democratic Party “Nur Otan” was submitted to the Central Election Commission.
In accordance with the requirements of the Constitutional Act “On Election in the Republic of Kazakhstan” a representative of the political party submitted the party list with the copy of minutes of the 9th extraordinary congress of National Democratic Party “Nur Otan”.
The representative provided relevant documents.
For the registration of party list the following documents have been submitted to the Central Election Commission:
1) Extract from minutes of the 9th extraordinary congress of the National Democratic Party “Nur Otan” on the promotion of the party list with attached copy of the registration of the political party in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) Applications of citizens with their consent to be included in the party list;
3) Biographical information on each person, included in the party list;
4) Declarations of income and assets of the candidates, included in the party list, and their spouses
5) Proof of the membership in the National Democratic Party “Nur Otan”
According to the Constitutional Act “On election in the Republic of Kazakhstan” NDP “Nur Otan” and DPK “Ak Zhol” are exempt from making any election deposit because in the previous elections they won more than seven percent of the total number of votes.
