The Central election commission approved the text of the bulletin for voting for political Parties on August, 18th 2007 and also the list of political Parties including in the electronic bulletin
On July, 20th 2007 the Central election commission approved the text of the bulletin for voting for political Parties on August, 18th 2007 and also the list of political Parties including in the electronic bulletin.
The bulletins will be produced according to the Rules approved by the Decree of the Central election commission and delivery to polling-stations not later August, 16th this year.
During the briefing after the sitting the Head of the Central election commission informed the representatives of the media about registration of the candidates for the deputies of Maslikhats.
By July, 20th 2007 were registered 5565 candidates.
Among them: 882 candidates for the deputies of oblast, cities Astana and Almaty Maslikhats; 3772 candidates for the deputies of regional Maslikhats; 911 candidates for the deputies of city Maslikhats.
Mean competition in the country – 3 candidates for one deputy mandate.
The greatest alternative exists in Astana – on average 5,2 and in Almaty – on average 4,5 candidates per one mandate.
The greatest competition for one deputy mandate will be in the 14th district of Almaty. There were promoted 12 candidates. Also a great competition is in the 35th and 31st districts on election of the deputies of Almaty city Maslikhat. There were promoted 7 candidates.
The same situation is in the capital. In the 8th and 23d districts were promoted 9 candidates for deputy mandate of city Maslikhat and in the 9th - 8 candidates.
