On August, 15 2007 the Central election commission approved the text of the election bulletin for extraordinary election of the deputies of Mazhilis of the Parliament of the republic of Kazakhstan elected from the Assembly of the nation of Kazakhstan and establish the necessary number of the election bulletins for producing.
All bulletins will be delivered to the election commission of the city of Astana not later than August, 18 2007.
Besides the Central election commission established that at election of the deputies of Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan elected from the Assembly of the nation of Kazakhstan the voting will start at 11.00 and finish after the end of voting of all voters present at the session of the Assembly of the nation of Kazakhstan.
Today the Central election commission took a Decree on usage of the election bulletins during the voting at the future elections.
The Head of the Central election commission drew attention to that all election bulletins and also the electronic cards of voter are subject to strict accounting and during the voting process the members of the district election commission must warn the voters that they may not be made off-site the polling station.
During the briefing the Chairman of the Central election commission informed the present that on August, 14th the Mission of the observers of the Commonwealth of Independent States at extraordinary election of the deputies of Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan distributed the intermediate report №2.
Since the publication of the intermediate report №1 the mission of the observers of the Commonwealth of Independent States concentrated its attention on the monitoring of the election campaign, analyse of complaints and applications connected with the violation of the election process.
In the whole by the marks of the CIS observers the pre-election campaign is taking place in a proper manner.
It is also positively appreciated taken in the republic measures in favor of the equal conditions of the election campaign for all political Parties.
At the same time the CIS observers notice the violations in the election campaign and draw attention to the weaknesses in the organization of the election campaign.
At the present time in the central election commission it is studying the provisions of the report for when it is possible to remove irregularities and also solve the problems with the organization of the election process noticed by the observers.
