On 14 December, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a lottery in order to put names of the political parties in the ballot paper.
According to the Rules, established by the decision of the Central Election Commission, dated 13 July 1999, the lottery was held at the meeting of the Central Election Commission. The lottery was attended by representatives of all the political parties,which have presented the party lists.
The procedure was conducted in the following order. A Member of the Central Election Commission put papers with depicted serial numbers into envelopes of equal size and color. In addition, the envelopes were equal in number to the number of parties, the party lists of which had been registered by the Central Election Commission. At the same time, a single envelope contained a single paper with its number.
The envelopes were sealed, shuffled and laid out on the table, which was in sight of all the attendees.
Further, the representatives of each political party took envelopes from the table in turn, slittedthem open, drew the papers with numbers and announced them.
The number drawn from envelope is the number, under which political party will be put in the ballot paper.
According to results of the lottery the names of political parties will be ranged in the ballot paper in the following orderduring the 15 January 2012voting:

4. AK ZHOL Democratic Party of Kazakhstan
5. All-National Social Democratic Party
6. Communist People’s Party of Kazakhstan

8. Adilet Democratic Party
