The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan extends its warmest congratulations to you on the national holiday - Republic Day!

This holiday symbolizes the right of our people to independently determine their future, preserve their national identity, and develop the state on the basis of shared values and interests.

Over the years of independence, Kazakhstan has made significant progress in establishing its statehood, strengthening its constitutional foundations, and developing democratic institutions. A new stage in these processes is associated with the adoption of the new Constitution, the formation of the Kurultai, and the renewal of representative bodies at the local level.

At the heart of all these transformations remains a fundamental constitutional principle: the people are the sole source of state power.

The implementation of this principle is inseparably linked to safeguarding citizens' electoral rights, ensuring the freedom to express their will, and upholding the legality and transparency of elections. This reflects the inseparable connection between state sovereignty, the will of the people, and the responsibility of every citizen for the prosperity of a Just Kazakhstan.
