CEC RECEIVES DOCUMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC 

ASSOCIATION “KAZAKHSTAN GREEN PARTY ‘BAITAQ’”

Today, the Public Association “Kazakhstan Green Party ‘Baitaq’” submitted documents to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning the nomination of its party list of candidates for deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The submitted documents will be reviewed by the Central Election Commission in accordance with the procedures and deadlines established by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, with verification of their compliance with legislative requirements.

The submission of documents takes place as part of the nomination stage stipulated in Article 87 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”. Political parties duly registered in accordance with the legislation are entitled to nominate candidates.

In accordance with the Calendar Plan of Key Activities for the Preparation and Conduct of Elections of Deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the submission of documents will close at 18:00 on July 13, 2026.
