On the release of Yerkebulan Berzhanov from the duties of a member of the 

Atyrau Regional Election Commission 

In accordance with subparagraph 1) of part 2 of paragraph 6 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and based on the personal request submitted by Yerkebulan Berzhanov on May 20, 2025, for release from duties at his own request, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereby RESOLVES:

1. To release Yerkebulan Berzhanov from the duties of a member of the Atyrau Regional Election Commission.

2. To forward this resolution to the maslikhat of Atyrau region and the Atyrau Regional Election Commission.
