On Accreditation of Observers from International Organization and Foreign States
for the Republican Referendum Scheduled for 6 October 2024
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 6 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Republican Referendum,” the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES THAT:
1. Accredit observers from international organization at the Central Referendum Commission, based on the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the Republican referendum scheduled for 6 October 2024, as per Annex 1.
2. Accredit observers from foreign states at the Central Referendum Commission, based on the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the Republican referendum scheduled for 6 October 2024, as per Annex 2.
3. Issue the appropriate certificates to observers from international organization and foreign states.
4. Entrust control over the implementation of this resolution to the Secretary of the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.T. Yerman.
