On some issues of issuing and recording of absentee voter certificates 

for the right to vote during the Republican referendum scheduled for 6 

October 2024

In accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 21, Article 29 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Republican Referendum”, the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOVES THAT:

1. Determine the text of the absentee voter certificate for the right to vote during the Republican referendum and the application for absentee voter certificate according to Annexes 1 and 2 to this resolution.

2. Determine that the issuance and record of absentee voter certificates for the right to vote during the Republican referendum shall be carried out in accordance with the Rules on the Procedure for Issuing and Recording of Absentee Voter Certificates, approved by the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 8 April 2009 No.161/306. 

3. This resolution shall be published on the Internet resource of the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
