On establishing the forms of documents for the republican referendum 

scheduled for 6 October 2024

In accordance with subparagraphs 1) and 7) of paragraph 1 of Article 21 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Republican Referendum,” the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO:

1. Approve the attached forms of documents for holding a republican referendum:

1) a list of citizens who have the right to participate in the republican referendum (Annex 1);

2) information about the number of citizens who have the right to participate in the republican referendum (Annex 2);

3) observer certificate of a foreign state or an international organization (Annex 3);

4) protocol of the precinct referendum commission on the opening of the polling station (Annex 4);

5) protocol of the precinct referendum commission on the counting of votes and the voting results (Annex 5);

6) protocol of the territorial referendum commission on the voting results (Annex 6);

7) protocol of referendum commission of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital of the Republic on the results of voting (Annex 7);

8) protocol of the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the results of the referendum (Annex 8).

2. Post this resolution on the Internet resource of the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
