On the registration of the deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of 

the Republic of Kazakhstan D. Kydyrali appointed by the Decree of 

the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 26, 

2023 No. 360

In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 24 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 1995 “On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies” and based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 26, 2023 No. 360 “On the appointment of D. Kydyrali”, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES to:

1. Register Darkhan Kydyrali as a deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Present to the registered deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan an appropriate certificate and badge.
