On termination of powers of the deputy of the Senate of the

 Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.Shakirov

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, clauses 5 and 9 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 1995 “On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies” the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To establish that in connection with the adoption of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 26, 2023 No.359 “On А.Shakirov” the powers of the deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Shakirov are terminated.
