On relieving the member of the Zhambyl Regional 

Election Commission S.Koishybayev of his duties

In accordance with sub-paragraph 1) of part 2 of paragraph 6 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and on the basis of an application by S.Koishybayev dated August 31, 2023 on relieving of his duties at will, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To relieve Sayat Koishybayev of the duties of a member of the Zhambyl Regional Election Commission.

2. This resolution shall be submitted to the Zhambyl Regional Maslikhat and the Zhambyl Regional Election Commission.
