On the occurrence of the ground entailing the termination of powers of the deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan G.Yeleuov

In accordance with Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraphs 3 and 8 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 1995 “On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies”, the Central Election Commission RESOLVES:

1. To establish that in connection with the filing of the application a ground that entailed the early termination of powers of the deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Galymzhan Yeleuov had arisen.

2. To submit a proposal on the early termination of powers of the deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan G.Yeleuov to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
