On holding pre-election television debates of political parties that 

nominated party lists of candidates for Mazhilis Members to the 

Parliament at the early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of 

the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023

In accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 3 of Article 27, paragraph 3 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 25, 2018 No. 12/198 on approval of the Rules and conditions for holding pre-election debates, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To hold pre-election television debates of political parties that nominated party lists of candidates for the early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 16, 2023 on the Khabar TV channel of the Khabar Agency Joint-Stock Company.

2. To bring this resolution to the attention of the headquarters of political parties that nominated party lists of candidates for early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Administration of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to conclude an agreement with the Khabar Agency Joint-Stock Company on holding pre-election television debates.

4. To entrust control over the implementation of this resolution on member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.G. Schegortsova.
