On establishing the amount of expenses of a candidate for members 

of maslikhats of cities, covered from the republican budget for early 

elections of maslikhat members of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled 

for March 19, 2023

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 28, paragraph 2 of Article 33 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To establish the following amounts of expenses of a candidate for members of maslikhats of cities, covered from the republican budget:

1) speaking with a program on television, on radio and publishing 2 articles in print or online periodicals – 200,000 (two hundred thousand) KZT;

2) holding public pre-election events and issuing campaign materials – 100,000 (one hundred thousand) KZT;

3) transportation costs – 50,000 (fifty thousand) KZT.

2. To send this resolution to election commissions of regions, Astana, Almaty and Shymkent.

3. Regional, Astana, Almaty and Shymkent election commissions shall bring this resolution to the attention of lower territorial and district election commissions, registered candidates in single-seat territorial constituencies for members of city maslikhats.

4. To publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
