On establishing the amount of expenses of a candidate for members of 

maslikhats of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital, 

covered from the republican budget for early elections of maslikhat 

members of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 28, paragraph 2 of Article 33 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To establish the following amounts of expenses of a candidate for maslikhat members of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital, covered from the funds of the republican budget:

1) speaking with a program on television, on radio and publishing 2 articles in print or online periodicals – 350,000 (three hundred and fifty thousand) KZT;

2) holding public pre-election events and issuing campaign materials – 130,000 (one hundred and thirty thousand) KZT;

3) transportation costs – 70,000 (seventy thousand) KZT.

2. To send this resolution to election commissions of regions, Astana, Almaty and Shymkent.

3. Regional, Astana, Almaty and Shymkent election commissions shall bring this resolution to the attention of territorial and district election commissions, registered candidates in single-seat territorial constituencies for maslikhat members of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital.

4. To publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
