On ballots for voting on the elections of Mazhilis Members to the 

Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected in single-seat territorial 

constituencies, appointed on March 19, 2023

In accordance with paragraph 6) of Article 12, Article 16-1, Article 26-1 and 37 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To establish the number of ballots for the election of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected in single-seat territorial constituencies, to be produced and delivered to polling stations, including an excess of one percent of the total number of voters in the Republic of Kazakhstan 12,152,876 (twelve million one hundred and fifty-two thousand eight hundred and seventy-six) pieces in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.

2. To establish requirements for the form of a ballot for voting on the elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament, elected in single-seat territorial constituencies, appointed on March 19, 2023 in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.

3. To determine the degree of security of ballots in accordance with Annex 3 to this resolution (for official use).

4. To 29 district election commissions for the election of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament, elected in single-seat territorial districts, to approve the text of the ballot and submit it to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan by March 1, 2023;

5. To the Administration of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the basis of the text of the ballots submitted by the district election commissions, to ensure their production in the prescribed quantity and delivery to the regions.

6. To publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. To entrust control over the execution of this resolution on Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.T.Yerman
