On absentee ballot certificates for the right to vote in early elections 

of members of the Mazhilis of the Parliament and maslikhats of the

 Republic of Kazakhstan scheduled for March 19, 2023

In accordance with subparagraphs 1), 6-1) of Article 12 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To set the colour of the absentee ballot certificate for each type of election in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.

2. To regional, cities of republican significance and the capital to election commissions:

1) to ensure the production of absentee ballot certificates for the right to vote in the early elections of members of the Mazhilis of the Parliament and maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan, appointed on March 19, 2023, in accordance with the Annex to this resolution and notify the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan about the quantity produced;

2) to distribute and transfer absentee ballot certificates to the relevant district, city, district in the city election commissions;

3) to ensure the timely delivery of absentee ballot certificates for the right to vote to precinct election commissions no later than March 3, 2023.

3. To entrust control over the execution of this resolution on Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.T.Yerman.
