JOINT RESOLUTION AND ORDER

On the implementation of an online service for checking information 

at the place of registration of citizens on the electronic government portal 

at the early elections of members of the Mazhilis of the Parliament and 

maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023

In accordance with Articles 24, 25 and 26 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan and paragraph 1 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 12, 2019 No. 501, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan ORDERS:

1. To approve the algorithm for the implementation of the online service for checking information at the place of registration of citizens on the electronic government portal for early elections of members of the Mazhilis of the Parliament and maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the online service), in accordance with the Annex to these joint resolution and order.

2. To local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital, together with the relevant territorial election commissions of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital, to determine polling stations and members of precinct election commissions to gain access to the online service, submit the relevant information to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the National Information Technologies Joint-Stock Company (as agreed), to implement an online service.

4. To entrust control over the execution of these joint resolution and order on the Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the supervising Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This joint resolution and order shall enter into force from the date of its signature.
