On approval of the Calendar Plan of the main events for the 

preparation and holding of early elections of Mazhilis Members to the 

Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023

In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 12 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2023 No. 104 on the dissolution of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the seventh convocation and the appointment of early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To approve the attached Calendar Plan of the main events for the preparation and holding of early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023.

2. To send this resolution to election commissions of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital of the Republic to ensure the organisation and conduct of elections.

3. To publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
