On the organisation of training for members of election commissions 

and other participants of the electoral process at early elections of 

members of the Mazhilis of the Parliament and maslikhats of the Republic 

of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023

In accordance with subparagraph 5) of Article 12 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To approve the Plan for the organisation of training for members of election commissions and other participants of the electoral process for early elections of members of the Mazhilis of the Parliament and maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023, in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.

2. To the Administration of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the territorial election commissions of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital, to organise training for members of election commissions and other participants of the electoral process at early elections of members of the Mazhilis of the Parliament and maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for March 19, 2023, in compliance with timing of training stages, ensuring the quality of training and maximum coverage of election organisers.

3. To publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
