On the admission of the Respublica Party Public Association to 

participate in early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the 

Republic of Kazakhstan, elected according to party lists

 

In accordance with subparagraphs 1) and 2-1) of Article 12 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To allow the Respublica Party Public Association to participate in the early elections of Mazhilis Members to the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected according to party lists, scheduled for March 19, 2023.

2. To send this resolution to election commissions of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital of the Republic.

3. To publish this resolution on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
